The FL Series Impulse Foot Sealers are equipped with foot pedal activation, thus freeing the user's hands to feed the machine. Each unit comes complete with pedestal stand, adjustable worktable and foot pedal. Either 2mm or 5mm sealing width are available.

Impulse Foot Sealers with Cutters

The open throat on this impulse foot sealer with cutter allows the use of roll-dispensed materials. Can be adjusted to a 30-degree angle making it perfect for sealing liquids, powders, etc. Equipped with a sliding cutting blade to remove excess material a 1/4" from the seal. Also good for sealing roll bags. (10mm seal also available on all these sealers.)

Constant Heat Foot Sealers with Audible Signal

These foot sealers are excellent for sealing polycello films, humidity-proof cellophane film, polyethylene film, aluminum foil-coated bags and gussett bags. Ideal for producing a beautiful mesh seal 5/8 inch wide by 8, 12, or 16 inches long. Equipped with Temperature Controller and Audible Signal to notify operator that foot should be removed from pedal and sealing is complete. Each machine has teflon-coated sealing bars and electrostatic paint. Complete with pedestal, stand and adjustable work table.

Double-Impulse Foot Sealers

This double impulse foot sealer incorporates twin elements (top and bottom) for heavy-duty applications and can accommodate up to 20-mil material. It makes a 5-mm wide seal and fuses the material from both sides at the same time in less than a second. Comes with adjustable work table.

For sealing applications where time and pressure need to be regulated. Seal pressure is consistent and controllable. Air usage 4.0 cfm @ 80 psi.

2mm Seal-and-Cut Impulse Foot Sealers

Double line enhances seal and eliminates waste

The Seal-and-Cut Impulse Foot Sealer (FDC model) is designed to cut and seal in one operation. With the help of both a round wire and a flat 2-mm wire, these sealers give the operator a secured seal while eliminating the excess material above the seal. This Seal-and-Cut Impulse Sealer can extend its abilities with an additional accessory that allows the sealing head to be adjusted at different sealing angles. Please refer to the accessory section.

Adjustable Angle Impulse Foot Sealers

Perfect for sealing liquids, powders, etc.

The Adjustable Angle Head Impulse Foot Sealer (FIT models) allows the user to bring the sealing jaws closer to the product by tilting the head down. It minimizes the need to constantly lift the product to the sealing jaws, increasing production time and reducing user fatigue. Included are an extended foot pedal and the large Heavy Duty Work Table. The Heavy Duty Work Table is adjustable and can support up to 45-pound items with ease. The sealing head angle is adjustable up to a 45-degree downward tilt. This option is ideal for sealing packages that may contain loose items like powders, grains, liquids etc.

SFX-Height Extender— raises all sealers 10-inches, making standing operation more comfortable and productive.

FIT-Adjustable Angle Standing Tube— available to tilt the head of all foot sealers. Helps prevent spillage on loose products like powder and liquids.
