Repair Process
- V groove the break with hand grinder or V groove tool. This provides a larger surface area for a stronger repair.
- Position and align part. Clamp it.
- Clean area with clean, dry rag.
- Tack weld.
- Do repair weld.
- Grind down excess and sand smooth.
