Impulse Sealing

for versatile and economical packaging using plastic films

These Hand Held sealers are ideal for sealing polyethylene and laminated foils. Applications include sealing around oddly shaped products including drum or box liners or for sealing around large objects such as furniture.

Each sealer is lightweight and portable. The operator simply squeezes the handles to open the jaws and clamps on to the film being sealed. A start button located on the seal jaw is activated. An indicator light on the main housing signals the start and finish of the seal cycle.

The heat cycle is controlled by a timer on the main housing. The operator increases or decreases the heat as desired. Upon completion of the cycle, the operator again squeezes the jaw, releasing the sealed product. All controls are solid state. An eight-foot power line cord and eight-foot sealer cord are standard. Each unit comes complete with a two-year warranty, detailed operating instructions, and a spare parts kit.

Custom Thermal Impulse Heat Sealing

A wide range of custom built Thermal Impulse Sealers with either standard or validateable controls are available. Each unit is a heavy duty industrial sealer pneumatically operated and guaranteed to provide an airtight/watertight seal. Each machine has a low-pressure safety descent and emergency stop buttons, minimizing any potential risk to your operator. The sealer can be constructed as a tabletop unit or freestanding, up to any length. The range of materials that can be sealed includes all poly, laminates, nylon, foam, Teflon and kapton. Depending on your need, our sealer can be fitted with standard impulse controls using variable timers or validateable controls with temperature controlled units up to 500 degrees centigrade. We provide custom sealers including, circular seals, contour seals, sealers for fitment or spouts, large vacuum applications or just straight bar seals.

Heavy Duty Long-line Sealer

These sealers are a versatile and economical packaging system for use with plastic films. They have an open back feedthrough and an offset sealing head with single or multiple elements available. Comes with all solidstate controls which assures excellent seals. For safety its low pressure closing is activated by the push of a button or an optional foot pedal. These units require air for operation.
