Automatic Upper Jaw Impulse

The Foot Upper Automatic (FUA) has the sealing element on the upper jaw and the silicon rubber on the lower jaw. This helps to protect the clement from moisture and contamination. The FUA is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene and makes a clean and secure seal. The sealing time in this unit is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and electronic timers. The uniform pressure provided by an electromagnet pulls down the sealing arm, helping eliminate operator error. Once the correct control settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically and consistently, making the last seal as perfect as the first. This sealer is ideal for packaging candies, food, stationery, drugs, tools, replacement parts and a variety of other products. Includes an electric foot pedal for manual operation.

This unit is a heavy duty, single or double impulse, automatic or manual heat sealer. It can seal up to 20 mil, gusseted or regular thermoplastic film. Separate programmable timers for heating, congealing and recycling for different material thickness. Creates perfect seals every time. This sealer is best for all sealing purposes. Foot switch included for manual operation. Available in 5 mm and 10 mm sealing widths.
